Josh Johnson, enrolled agent
Josh has 18+ years experience preparing taxes for individuals, business owners, businesses and trusts. Prior to founding JWJ Accounting he gained substantial knowledge and expertise through his work for other local CPA firms including JRW Investments (a tax practice that became one of the largest 1031 exchange shops assisting investors with fractional real estate ownership). This combination of expertise makes Josh a seasoned tax accountant capable of handling a wide variety of tax accounting needs.
He is dedicated to providing professional, prompt, and personalized service to each of his clients. Josh holds a degree in accounting and is currently an Enrolled Agent (EA) specializing in serving clients with single member LLC's and S-Corps. He is a graduate of the University of La Verne, Bachelor of Science 2005.
As the principal accountant of JWJ, Josh places great value on continued education and maintaining interaction with industry professionals, including relationships with CPAs he worked with previously.

What is the difference between a CPA and an EA?
EA’s specialize in taxes but CPAs do not necessarily. CPA’s are licensed to operate in a specific state whereas an EA can operate in any state. Relevant experience and expertise are key to the quality of accounting services—and JWJ meets this need competitively.
Kelvin Jung Jr, CRTP
Kelvin works with JWJ Accounting as a registered tax preparer. He completed his certification at the top of his class. Excelling in both California tax and federal tax, Kelvin’s expertise is working with those who serve in our armed forces.
Taxes for those that serve in the U.S. Military are complex and unique and Kelvin’s 11 years associated with the military gave him experience to help. Kelvin thanks the military for their continued sacrifices.
Kelvin is always continuing to grow his tax knowledge. He is currently studying to become an Enrolled Agent to better serve you and the community.

Sheena Costanzo
Client Services Manager
Sheena works with JWJ Accounting as a client services manager. She has previously worked in customer service and client operations for the Banking industry the past 20 years. She is passionate about making each client experience positive and enjoys the daily client contact that her job entails. She assists with special projects and making sure everything is running efficiently.

keith hays
Business Manager | Financial planner
Keith brings 18 years of business management experience to JWJ. Keith is an independent fee-based financial advisor, providing comprehensive wealth planning & strategy as well as direct investment portfolio management services through his separate firm, Creative Capitalists, founded 2018.
Serving JWJ Accounting since 2017, his focus is on gaining a broad perspective of client's goals and forming a planning strategy with the input of trusted advisors. His experience in both small business and large corporate environments lends well to a dynamic understanding of business owners and working professionals.
A unique strength of Keith’s is to identify client’s pressing issues and develop solutions that fit the significant life events that occur throughout one’s career.
Prior to joining JWJ, Keith managed IT projects in both Fortune 100 and small business work environments, as well as helped launch and operate an automotive aftermarket business. Keith graduated from the University of Southern California Entrepreneurship program with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 2002. Keith passed the Series 65 (Investment Adviser Law Exam) and is studying for additional certifications.

Bookkeeping Manager
Nicole joined JWJ Accounting’s team in 2023 and helps manage bookkeeping for our business clients. Her expertise in maintaining consistent and accurate financial reporting is key to ensuring JWJ clients track their operations and finances successfully.
